Operation India - Reaching the Unreached of Northern India

India is the second largest nation on planet earth with 1.2 billion people. More than eight hundred million of India’s population are Hindu. She has a staggering 1,700 Unreached People Groups. Operation India has committed itself to reaching 50 of these groups by establishing indigenous local churches capable of reaching their own people. That leaves 1,650 groups representing tens of millions of people still in total spiritual darkness. Our burden is to share the reality of this unbelievable need with Christians all over the world and to personally make a large impact in this area.

Soil Preparation

Projects we are involved in to prepare the hearts of people on a larger scale to receive the truth (seed) of the Gospel.

“We realize that it is not the call of the needy thousands. Rather it is the simple intimation ofthe prophetic word that there shall be some from every tribe in His presence in the last day andin our hearts we feel that it is pleasing to Him that we should interest ourselves in making anopening into the Auca prison for Christ.”
Nate Saint (martyred Missionary to the Auca Indians)
“Even if I should never see a native converted, God may design by my patience and continuance in the Word to encourage future missionaries.”
 – Henry Martyn (Missionary to the Muslims of Persia and India)

Sowing the Seed

“All my forefathers have passed away into darkness without knowing anything of what was tobefall them; how is it that your forefathers knowing all these things, did not send word to myforefathers sooner?”
– (an African chief speaking to Missionary David Livingstone)
“As long as there are millions destitute of the Word of God and knowledge of Jesus Christ, it will
be impossible for me to devote time and energy to those who have both.”
- J. L. Ewen

...The seed is the word of God. (Luke 8:11)

Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. (1Peter 1:23)

Mentoring & Discipling

“Missions are the chief end of the Church....the chief end of the ministry ought to be to equip the
Church for this. Each congregation is meant to be a training class.”
Andrew Murray (The Key to the Missionary Problem)
To preach the gospel, not where Christ was [already] named,” and “to make all men see whatis the fellowship of the mystery…warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom;that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus; whereunto I also labour, strivingaccording to his working, which worketh in me mightily” (Romans 15:20; Ephesians 3:9; andColossians 1:28, 29).

Apostle Paul (his deepest passion)
